Moroccan pharmaceutical group Sothema announced on Thursday that its consolidated revenue for the first half of 2026 reached 1.8 billion Moroccan dirhams (MMDH), compared with 1.6 billion dirhams in the same period of 2025, representing a growth of about 12.5%.
The company attributed this performance to the sustained demand for its products in both the domestic and export markets. Sothema, which is listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, continues to strengthen its position as a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Morocco and Africa.
In a statement, the company highlighted the positive contribution of its strategic investments in production capacity and research and development. The group also confirmed its outlook for the full year, aiming to maintain its growth trajectory.
Financial details, including net profit and earnings per share, are expected to be published in the coming weeks. Analysts view the results as a sign of resilience in the Moroccan pharmaceutical sector.
