The Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) has officially filed an appeal with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) regarding the Confederation of African Football's (CAF) decision related to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) final. The appeal was lodged on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

The dispute stems from CAF's handling of the final match, which was contested between Senegal and Morocco. The FSF is challenging the governing body's decision to award the victory and the championship title to Morocco.

CAS has confirmed receipt of the appeal and stated that the arbitration procedure is underway. No specific timeline for a ruling has been announced. The outcome of this case will determine the official winner of the 2025 AFCON tournament.
