Premier Ramathuba, who took office in June 2024, has not publicly commented on the specific dispute but has emphasized her commitment to a capable and effective executive. The reshuffle is part of her efforts to strengthen governance in the province, but the SACP's resistance highlights tensions within the ruling alliance.
