Buffalo Sabres forward Noah Ostlund is expected to miss 'some time' due to a lower-body injury, head coach Lindy Ruff announced on April 29, 2026. The injury occurred during practice earlier this week.
Ostlund, 22, was a first-round pick (16th overall) by the Sabres in the 2022 NHL Draft. He has recorded 12 points (5 goals, 7 assists) in 48 games this season.
Ruff did not provide a specific timeline for Ostlund's return but said the team will evaluate him on a week-to-week basis. The Sabres are currently out of playoff contention with three games remaining in the regular season.
