Rajasthan Police Director General of Police (DGP) Umesh Mishra stated, 'This collaboration will bring global best practices to our force, improving efficiency and public trust.' The University of Manchester's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Duncan Ivison, added, 'We are excited to contribute to law enforcement innovation in India.'
The agreement is initially for five years, with provisions for renewal based on performance evaluation. No financial details were disclosed.
