Ghana, drawn in Group H alongside Portugal, Uruguay, and South Korea, will face Portugal on November 24, 2022. Queiroz, a former Real Madrid and Portugal manager, aims for a strong start to boost their chances of advancing.
“We just have to find a path to victory,” Queiroz said in a press conference. “The difference between success and failure may come down to commitment when it matters most.” The Black Stars last reached the World Cup in 2014, exiting in the group stage.
