Perodua has announced a price reduction for its D74A Axia model, effective August 3, 2026. The national automaker said the revision applies across the entire Axia range, with cuts of up to RM4,700.
Specifically, the 1.0G variant is RM4,700 cheaper, the 1.0X is reduced by RM1,500, the SE by RM1,000, and the 1.0AV by RM500. The company attributed the move to continued improvements in production efficiency and cost management.
This price adjustment makes the Axia more affordable for Malaysian consumers, potentially boosting sales in the compact car segment. Perodua has not announced any changes to the vehicle's specifications or features.
