Pierce, 48, filed a response in a Massachusetts court on April 15, 2026, acknowledging paternity and requesting shared legal and physical custody. The case was initially filed in January 2026.
Neither Pierce nor his representatives have commented publicly on the matter. The court has not yet scheduled a hearing for the custody arrangement.
