Construction on the third section of the Nador-Guercif highway in Morocco has exceeded 80% completion, according to recent official statements. The project is a critical part of the national road network, aiming to improve connectivity in the northeastern region of the country.

The 40-kilometer third section, linking the towns of Taourirt and Guercif, represents a significant phase of the overall highway development. Progress on this segment follows the completion of earlier sections, bringing the total operational length of the Nador-Guercif corridor closer to its planned entirety.

Authorities from Morocco's National Company for Highways (ADM) have confirmed the current construction status. The highway is designed to enhance economic and social links, reduce travel times, and bolster regional development by connecting the Mediterranean port city of Nador with other major urban centers.

While the third section is in its final stages, work continues on remaining segments to finalize the full route. The project is part of broader national infrastructure investments aimed at modernizing Morocco's transport capabilities.
