Morocco's Technopark, a key technology incubator, and the state financial guarantee company Tamwilcom have officially launched a joint Startup Venture Building program. The initiative, announced in late 2025, is designed to identify, fund, and scale high-potential Moroccan startups with innovative business models.
The program operates through a structured venture building model, providing selected startups with seed funding, strategic guidance, and access to Technopark's network and Tamwilcom's financial instruments. The goal is to accelerate the growth of startups that can contribute significantly to the national digital economy and create skilled jobs.
This collaboration represents a strategic push by Moroccan public institutions to move beyond traditional incubation. By actively co-building ventures, they aim to de-risk the early stages of startup development and increase the success rate of scalable, investment-ready technology companies in sectors like fintech, agritech, and greentech.
