Morocco's National Observatory for Child Rights (ONDE) signed ten partnership agreements with various public and private institutions in Rabat on March 30, 2026. The signings took place during a ceremony chaired by Princess Lalla Meryem, President of the ONDE, aimed at bolstering the national system for child protection and development.

The agreements involve collaboration with entities including the Ministry of National Education, the National Human Rights Council (CNDH), and the National Authority for Probity, Prevention, and the Fight against Corruption (INPPLC). The pacts focus on areas such as education, health, social protection, and combating violence against children.

Princess Lalla Meryem emphasized that these partnerships are part of implementing the 2023-2030 National Integrated Child Protection Policy. The goal is to create a unified framework for action and to mobilize all stakeholders to uphold children's rights as guaranteed by the Moroccan constitution and international conventions.

The ONDE stated that the signings mark a concrete step towards operationalizing the national policy, which seeks to address gaps in child protection services and promote a culture of children's rights across Moroccan society.
