Morocco's U17 national team is set to begin their campaign in the 2026 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN U17) with a clear ambition to retain the trophy they won in the last edition against Mali. Coach Salaheddine Aqqal has stated that the team is fully prepared for the challenge.

Morocco won the previous CAN U17 title in 2023, defeating Mali in the final. The current edition features 16 teams competing for the continental crown. The top four teams will qualify for the FIFA U-17 World Cup.
