Morocco's national football team has scheduled three friendly matches in preparation for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The Atlas Lions will face Burundi on May 26, Madagascar on June 2, and Norway on June 7, according to the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.
The matches are part of the team's buildup to the tournament, which will be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Morocco qualified for the World Cup after topping their African qualifying group.
Coach Walid Regragui is expected to use these friendlies to test tactics and evaluate players ahead of the final squad selection. The team will aim to build on their historic semifinal run in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
