Morocco Port Traffic Up 4.3% in Q1 2026

Morocco's port traffic saw a 4.3% increase in the first quarter of 2026, reaching 63.3 million tonnes compared to 60.7 million tonnes in the same period of 2025, according to official data.

The growth reflects sustained commercial activity across the country's main ports, including Casablanca, Tangier Med, and Jorf Lasfar. The rise is attributed to increased imports and exports, particularly in the energy and agricultural sectors.
