Morocco's airports recorded 36.3 million passengers in 2025, an 11% increase compared to 2024, the National Airports Office (ONDA) announced following its board of directors meeting held on Monday, May 25, 2026, in Rabat.
The meeting, chaired by ONDA's president, reviewed the office's performance and strategic progress. The passenger traffic growth aligns with ONDA's ongoing 'Airports 2030' strategy, which aims to modernize and expand airport infrastructure across the country to handle increasing demand.
ONDA attributed the rise to expanded route networks, increased airline capacity, and improved airport services. The 2025 figure represents a significant milestone as Morocco continues to position itself as a regional aviation hub.
The board also approved the 2025 financial statements and discussed investment plans for the coming years under the 'Airports 2030' framework, which includes upgrades to major airports like Casablanca, Marrakech, and Agadir.
