MeridianLink, a provider of digital lending and account opening solutions for financial institutions, announced the appointment of two new members to its board of directors, effective immediately. The new board members are Tim Nguyen and David E. I. Pyott.
Tim Nguyen brings extensive experience in financial services and technology, having previously served as CEO of several fintech companies. David E. I. Pyott has a background in corporate governance and strategic growth, with past roles including chairman of Allergan.
The appointments are part of MeridianLink's strategy to accelerate investment and growth. The company stated that the new directors will provide valuable insights as it expands its product offerings and market reach.
MeridianLink's board now consists of eight members. The company did not disclose any changes to its executive leadership team.
