The company's portfolio of malls, including Eastwood Mall, U.P. Town Center, and McKinley Hill, earned a total of five Gold, four Silver, and seven Bronze Stevie Awards.
The awards were presented in a ceremony in Manila on April 11, 2026. According to the official Stevie Awards website, the wins recognized the company's achievements in categories such as Innovation in Customer Service, Innovation in Brand Experience, and Innovation in Events and Experiential Marketing. Specific campaigns honored included the "Eastwood City Christmas Spectacular" and "U.P. Town Center's 10th Anniversary."
