Argentine tennis player Marco Trungelliti has achieved a historic career milestone at the age of 36. By reaching the quarterfinals of the ATP 250 tournament in Marrakech, Morocco, he has officially broken into the ATP Top 100 singles rankings for the first time.
This accomplishment makes Trungelliti the oldest player in the Open Era to debut in the Top 100. His run in Marrakech included a notable victory over Frenchman Corentin Moutet in the round of 16.
