Judith Dean (Hewitt) Ashbaugh, 83, of Franklin, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2026, at her home. She was born on July 12, 1942, in Oil City, Pennsylvania, to the late John and Mary Hewitt.
Judith was a devoted wife to her husband, Robert Ashbaugh, for 60 years. She was a loving mother to her two children, Sarah and Michael, and a proud grandmother to four grandchildren. She worked as a registered nurse at Franklin Regional Medical Center for 35 years, retiring in 2005.
A memorial service will be held on May 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Franklin. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Franklin Public Library.
