Students from JHS recently completed an educational tour of World War II sites across Europe, visiting locations such as the Normandy beaches, Auschwitz-Birkenau, and the Anne Frank House. The trip aimed to provide firsthand historical context to their studies.
According to school officials, the itinerary included guided tours and discussions with historians. The students participated in reflective activities, emphasizing the importance of remembrance and learning from the past.
This initiative is part of a broader educational program to enhance understanding of global history. The school plans to continue such trips annually, pending funding and scheduling.
