Chinese automaker JAC Motors has officially launched its operations in Morocco, marking its entry into the North African market. The company announced the opening of its first dealership in Casablanca on May 12, 2026, offering a range of electric and internal combustion engine vehicles.
JAC Motors plans to introduce models including the J7 sedan and the iEV7S electric SUV, targeting both private and fleet customers. The company aims to leverage Morocco's growing automotive sector and its free trade agreements with Europe and Africa.
The launch event in Casablanca was attended by Moroccan officials and JAC executives, who highlighted the brand's commitment to providing affordable and technologically advanced vehicles. JAC Motors has not yet disclosed specific pricing or sales targets for the Moroccan market.
