The Ivory Coast U17 national team, known as the ΓlΓ©phanteaux, will compete in the 2026 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) U17 tournament in Morocco. The team qualified by winning the UFOA-B zone tournament in Yamoussoukro in 2025.
According to the official schedule released by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Ivory Coast is in Group B. Their first match is against Angola on April 30, 2026, at the Stade El Abdi in El Jadida. They will then face Somalia on May 3 and Burkina Faso on May 6.
The tournament runs from April 30 to May 19, 2026. The top four teams will qualify for the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar later this year. Ivory Coast previously qualified for the 2025 U-17 World Cup.
