The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has closed the westbound Interstate 84 ramp to Holladay Street in Portland for three weeks, starting May 18, 2026. The closure is part of a pavement repair project.
Traffic is being detoured via the Lloyd Boulevard exit. ODOT advises drivers to allow extra travel time and use alternative routes.
The ramp is scheduled to reopen by June 7, 2026, weather permitting. ODOT will provide updates on its website and social media.
