Hisense has officially launched the PX4 Pro, a new 4K triple-laser ultra-short-throw projector designed to deliver a professional cinema experience in the comfort of home. The device was announced on July 30, 2026, and is now available for pre-order in select markets.
The PX4 Pro features a brightness of 2000 ANSI lumens, ensuring vivid images even in ambient light conditions. It supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, providing enhanced contrast and color accuracy. The projector also includes a built-in 30W speaker system tuned by Harman Kardon, eliminating the need for external audio in smaller setups.
With a throw ratio of 0.22:1, the PX4 Pro can project a 100-inch image from just 9.8 inches away, making it ideal for apartments and media rooms. It runs on Google TV, offering access to popular streaming apps and voice control via Google Assistant.
The projector is priced at $3,499, positioning it as a premium option in the home theater market. It competes with similar offerings from Samsung and LG, but Hisense emphasizes its triple-laser technology, which delivers a wider color gamut and longer lifespan compared to traditional lamp-based projectors.
Early reviews highlight the PX4 Pro's impressive brightness and color reproduction, though some note that its fan noise is slightly higher than expected. The device is expected to ship to customers starting in September 2026.
