Hilton has officially opened its first Hampton by Hilton hotel in Morocco. The new property is located in the city of Benguerir, approximately 70 kilometers north of Marrakech. This opening marks a significant expansion of the Hampton by Hilton brand into the Moroccan market.
The hotel features 120 guest rooms and suites, along with amenities including a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and meeting facilities. It is strategically positioned to serve business and leisure travelers visiting the region, including those connected to the nearby Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) and the Green City of Benguerir development project.
According to Hilton, the launch aligns with the company's growth strategy in Africa, aiming to meet increasing demand for trusted, mid-scale hospitality options in key economic hubs. The hotel's design incorporates local Moroccan influences while maintaining the brand's consistent standards for comfort and value.
