Keith Jesperson, the serial killer known as the 'Happy Face Killer,' has issued a warning to Rex Heuermann, the suspect in the Gilgo Beach murders, stating that Heuermann's large physical stature will not protect him in prison. Jesperson, who is serving a life sentence for murdering eight women in the 1990s, has been exchanging letters with Heuermann, according to reports.
In the letters, Jesperson reportedly cautioned Heuermann that his size could make him a target rather than a deterrent. Heuermann, a former architect, stands at 6 feet 5 inches and weighs over 300 pounds, but Jesperson argued that prison dynamics are different from the outside world.
