Achraf Hakimi, who suffered an injury during the first leg of the Champions League semifinal against Bayern Munich, is set to return to training and will be included in Paris Saint-Germain's squad for the final on May 31, 2026, in Munich.
According to club sources, the Moroccan right-back has recovered faster than expected and participated in partial team drills on Wednesday. Medical staff cleared him for full contact training starting Thursday.
PSG coach Luis Enrique confirmed in a press conference: 'Achraf is a key player for us. He's worked hard to be ready, and we're happy to have him available for the final.'
Hakimi's return is a major boost for PSG as they face Bayern Munich in a rematch of the 2020 final. The 27-year-old has contributed 5 goals and 8 assists in all competitions this season.
