Cédric Prizzon, a former French policeman from Aveyron, has confessed to the double murder of Audrey Cavalié and Angela Logobien-Cadillac in Portugal in 2023. The confession was made to Portuguese investigators, according to reports from judicial sources cited by French media.
The two victims, both French nationals, were found dead in the Algarve region in February 2023. Prizzon, who was arrested in northern Portugal in connection with the case, had been a suspect early in the investigation.
Portuguese authorities have been investigating the murders for over three years. Prizzon's reported confession provides a significant development in the case, though official details from the Portuguese judiciary remain limited at this time.
The former policeman is currently detained in Portugal awaiting further judicial proceedings related to the homicides.
