Two women from Issoire, France, are preparing to compete in the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles, a unique all-female off-road navigation rally held in Morocco. The event, scheduled for its 35th edition from March 25 to April 9, 2026, is known for its demanding desert course where participants use only maps and compasses.

The competitors are undertaking this challenge to raise funds and awareness for Cœur de Gazelles, the rally's official humanitarian association. Founded in 2001, Cœur de Gazelles conducts medical and social missions in remote regions of Morocco, providing care, education, and infrastructure support to isolated communities.

The rally itself is a test of endurance and precision driving, covering over 2,500 kilometers of rugged Moroccan terrain. By participating, the Issoire team aims to highlight the dual spirit of the event: female sporting adventure and tangible charitable action.
