The Higher School of Textile and Clothing Industries (ESITH) and the Moroccan Amicale of the Disabled (AMH) have signed a strategic partnership agreement. The accord, formalized in Casablanca, aims to promote the professional integration of people with disabilities within Morocco's textile and clothing sector.
The partnership focuses on several key areas, including adapting ESITH's training programs to be more accessible, facilitating internships and job placements for AMH members, and conducting joint awareness-raising actions. This initiative aligns with Morocco's broader national strategy for the promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities.
ESITH, a leading engineering school in the industrial field, and AMH, a public utility association, stated the collaboration seeks to leverage the textile industry's potential as a significant employer. The goal is to create more inclusive professional pathways by combining specialized training with dedicated support structures.
