Escalante Golf has expanded its national portfolio of premier clubs with the acquisition of Tumble Creek, a private golf community adjacent to Cle Elum, Washington's Suncadia Resort. The deal was announced on July 14, 2026, according to a press release from Escalante Golf.
Located about 90 minutes east of Seattle, the mountain enclave is home to a Tom Fazio-designed golf course that opened in 2004. The community features 18 holes and is set within the Cascade Mountains, offering scenic views and a secluded atmosphere.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Escalante Golf, based in Fort Worth, Texas, now owns and operates 20 golf properties across the United States, including other notable clubs such as The Club at Las Campanas in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and The Club at Mediterra in Naples, Florida.
Tumble Creek was previously owned by Suncadia Resort, which continues to operate the adjacent Suncadia Resort and its other golf courses. The acquisition allows Escalante Golf to add a Pacific Northwest property to its portfolio, which already includes clubs in Texas, Florida, and other states.
