The General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) of Morocco is organizing the 7th edition of its Open Days from May 18 to 22, 2026, on the coastal strip of Rabat. This event aims to strengthen ties between citizens and security services, showcasing the DGSN's missions and modern equipment.
According to the DGSN's official website and verified news reports, the event will feature interactive exhibitions, demonstrations by specialized units (including canine and traffic police), and information stands on crime prevention and digital security. The theme for this edition focuses on 'Security and Citizenship' to promote trust and transparency.
Visitors can expect to see police vehicles, forensic equipment, and participate in workshops on road safety and cybercrime awareness. The event is free and open to the public from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Previous editions attracted over 200,000 visitors, and this year aims to match or exceed that number.
