Former UFC flyweight champion Demetrious 'Mighty Mouse' Johnson has been officially inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame's Modern Wing. The announcement was made by UFC CEO Dana White, with the formal induction ceremony scheduled for July 10, 2026, during the annual UFC International Fight Week in Las Vegas.

Johnson, widely regarded as one of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time, defended the UFC flyweight title a record 11 consecutive times between 2012 and 2018. His reign is the longest in the promotion's flyweight division history. He also holds the record for the latest finish in a UFC title fight, submitting Ray Borg with a suplex-to-armbar at 4:59 of the fifth round in 2017.

After his UFC tenure, Johnson continued his career with ONE Championship, where he became the ONE Flyweight MMA World Champion. His induction recognizes his dominance, technical brilliance, and significant contribution to popularizing the lighter weight classes in global MMA.
