ConnectM Technology Solutions, a provider of AI and energy management solutions, has confirmed that it received trading approval for shares of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd. These shares were acquired through a share exchange agreement with Global Impx. The approval allows ConnectM to hold a lock-up on approximately 17.3% of Blue Cloud Softech, a BSE-listed company specializing in AI, energy, and digital infrastructure.
The lock-up period begins immediately, restricting the sale of these shares for a specified duration. This move is part of ConnectM's broader strategy to consolidate its position in the digital infrastructure and AI sectors. Blue Cloud Softech is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and has a market presence in India.
ConnectM's CEO, Bhaskar Rao, stated, "We are pleased to receive trading approval for our shares in Blue Cloud Softech, which marks a significant milestone in our strategic partnership. This approval enables us to unlock value for our shareholders while maintaining a long-term commitment to the growth of the AI and energy sectors."
The share exchange with Global Impx was previously announced, and this approval finalizes the regulatory steps. The lock-up ensures stability in the shareholding structure during the initial period post-approval.
