Chery has officially launched the TIGGO 7 PRO PHEV in Morocco, a plug-in hybrid SUV that combines performance, electric range, and advanced technology. The vehicle is part of Chery's expansion strategy in the North African market, targeting the growing demand for electrified vehicles.
The TIGGO 7 PRO PHEV features a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine paired with an electric motor, delivering a combined output of 326 horsepower. It offers an all-electric range of 100 kilometers (WLTP), making it suitable for daily commutes without fuel consumption. The battery capacity is 19.27 kWh, supporting both AC and DC fast charging.
Inside, the SUV includes a 24.6-inch dual-screen display, wireless smartphone connectivity, and advanced driver-assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist. The vehicle also offers a panoramic sunroof and a 360-degree camera system.
Chery aims to position the TIGGO 7 PRO PHEV as a competitive option in the Moroccan market, where hybrid and electric vehicle adoption is increasing. The company has not yet announced pricing for the Moroccan market, but the model is expected to be available in the coming months.
