Popular Australian radio host Carrie Bickmore has been forced off-air indefinitely after suffering a vocal cord setback, her latest health issue following a facial injury earlier this year.
Bickmore, known for her work on the Hit Network's 'Carrie & Tommy' show, revealed the news on social media, stating she needs to rest her voice. The announcement comes weeks after she shared a photo of a gash on her forehead, which she sustained after accidentally walking into a door.
The 45-year-old presenter has been open about her health struggles, including previous vocal cord issues. No return date has been announced.
