A Canberra woman has won a legal battle against the Hellenic Club after she fell on a cracked tile, resulting in significant injuries. The court awarded her more than $150,000 in damages.
The incident occurred when the woman tripped on a damaged tile at the club's premises. She described her pain as 10 out of 10 and spent three nights in hospital following the fall.
