BYD Morocco has expanded its after-sales service network to include four major cities: Casablanca, Rabat, Fès, and Oujda. The expansion aims to improve support for the growing number of BYD electric vehicle owners in the country.
In Casablanca, Auto Nejma has opened a 2,000 square meter service center at 57, Boulevard Bahmad. The facility is dedicated exclusively to BYD vehicles, offering maintenance, mechanical repairs, and bodywork services.
According to a press release from BYD Morocco, the new centers are part of a strategy to enhance customer experience and support the increasing adoption of electric vehicles in Morocco. The company has not disclosed specific opening dates for the other locations.
BYD has been expanding its presence in Morocco since entering the market in 2022, with a focus on electric and hybrid vehicles. The new service points are expected to reduce wait times and provide localized support for BYD drivers.
