Real Madrid attacking midfielder Brahim Diaz has broken his silence regarding his future, stating that 'the adventure doesn't end here.' The 24-year-old, who spent the 2024-2025 season on loan at AC Milan, made the comments in a recent interview.
Diaz, who joined Real Madrid from Manchester City in 2019, has had a mixed spell at the Santiago BernabΓ©u, with loan stints at AC Milan in 2020-2021 and again in 2024-2025. During his second loan at Milan, he scored 6 goals and provided 4 assists in all competitions, helping the club secure a top-four finish in Serie A.
In the interview, Diaz expressed gratitude for his time at Milan but hinted at a desire to fight for his place at Real Madrid. 'I have learned a lot in Italy, but my heart is with Madrid. The adventure doesn't end here,' he said, as reported by Spanish sports daily Marca on July 15, 2026.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has yet to comment on Diaz's future, but the club is reportedly open to a permanent transfer if a suitable offer arrives. Diaz's contract with Real Madrid runs until June 2027.
