Aya Gold & Silver Inc. reported a net income of $46.0 million for the full year 2025, a significant turnaround from a net loss of $4.8 million in 2024. The Montreal-based mining company's financial results were released on March 31, 2026.
The profit was driven by record silver production of 2.6 million ounces at its flagship Zgounder Silver Mine in Morocco. This represents a 37% increase in production compared to the previous year.
Revenue for 2025 reached $116.8 million, more than double the $55.7 million reported in 2024. The company attributed the strong performance to higher silver sales volumes and realized prices.
President and CEO Benoit La Salle stated the results reflect the successful ramp-up of the Zgounder expansion project. The company is now focused on its growth pipeline, including the Boumadine project.
