AXA Services Maroc, the Moroccan subsidiary of the global insurance group, has formalized two partnership agreements with academic institutions. The signings took place with Mohammed V University in Rabat (UM5R) and the Higher School of Technology of Sale (ESTS Sale).
The primary objective of these collaborations is to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world. The partnerships aim to co-develop specialized training programs, facilitate student internships, and organize joint professional events and forums.
According to official statements, this initiative is part of AXA's commitment to supporting the employability of young graduates in Morocco. The company seeks to contribute to the development of skills that match the evolving needs of the job market, particularly in the insurance and financial services sectors.
The signings were attended by representatives from AXA Services Maroc and the leadership of the respective academic institutions. These agreements underscore a growing trend of corporate-academic partnerships aimed at enhancing professional integration.
