Ashok Leyland Ltd. reported a 14.2% increase in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025-26, reaching Rs 1,291 crore, compared to Rs 1,130 crore in the same period last fiscal, according to a stock exchange filing on Thursday.
The company's board also declared a dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The record date for the dividend has been set as June 10, 2026, for determining eligible shareholders.
Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs 11,500 crore, up from Rs 10,200 crore in Q4 of the previous fiscal, driven by strong demand in the commercial vehicle segment. The company's EBITDA margin improved to 12.5% from 11.8% year-on-year.
Ashok Leyland's managing director commented that the results reflect the company's focus on operational efficiency and market expansion, with a positive outlook for the upcoming fiscal year.
