Antoine Sibierski has departed French Ligue 2 side ESTAC Troyes to take up a position at Belgian Pro League club RSC Anderlecht, as confirmed by both clubs on May 5, 2026.
The 51-year-old French former professional footballer had been serving as sporting director at Troyes since 2023. His move to Anderlecht marks a return to a club where he played during the 2002-2003 season.
Anderlecht announced Sibierski will assume the role of technical director, overseeing the club's sporting strategy and player recruitment. The Belgian side is aiming to strengthen its management structure ahead of the 2026-2027 season.
Neither club disclosed the financial terms of the agreement. Sibierski's departure from Troyes comes as the club prepares for the final matches of the Ligue 2 campaign.
