MADRID -- Mirra Andreeva and Marta Kostyuk are set to meet in the 2026 Mutua Madrid Open final on Saturday, May 2, at La Caja MΓ‘gica. Both players are seeking their first title at this WTA 1000 event.
Andreeva, 19, advanced to the final after defeating top seed Aryna Sabalenka in the semifinals. Kostyuk, 23, secured her spot by beating fourth seed Elena Rybakina in three sets.
This will be the second meeting between the two players in 2026. Andreeva won their previous encounter at the Australian Open in January. The match is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. local time.
