The Association de Lutte contre le Sida (ALCS) is set to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the availability and structural barriers to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services for young people in Morocco. This initiative aims to identify gaps in service delivery and access, particularly for marginalized youth.
According to ALCS officials, the study will focus on obstacles such as stigma, lack of youth-friendly services, and limited information. The findings are expected to inform policy recommendations to improve SRH outcomes among adolescents and young adults.
As of May 2026, no specific date for the study's release has been announced. The ALCS has been active in HIV prevention and SRH advocacy in Morocco since its founding in 1988.
