The expansive estate, located on Tongatu Road, spans approximately 27 hectares. The main residence is a substantial five-bedroom, six-bathroom house exceeding 2,000 square meters in size. The property is described as offering 360-degree views over the surrounding inlets, rivers, and harbor.
In addition to the main house, the sale included three modernized guest cottages. The identity of the buyer has not been publicly disclosed by the agents involved in the transaction.
